I was shopping for a car in 2018, and Murray had a vehicle I wanted. I lived in the US and we were able to settle on price before I made the drive over. The purchase process was easy, no surprises. I've owned the car now since 2018 (5 years) with no issues. What made me finally write this is when I wanted to return the car to Canada, they were able to immediately find and send me my bill of sale, even after so much time, which will make my life so much easier at the border. That's great customer service, even for a 1-time customer.
We called looking for a new Chevy traverse, we spoke with Alex on the phone and though there was none in stock, Alex was extremely helpful trying to help us with our needs for a car and ended up finding us a 2021 traverse we are so in love with! We were greeting by Alex as well as his coworker (I feel so bad I can’t remember his name) and he helped us get all set up with our new ride! Highly recommend
They are the best... Honest and reliable. Times I've taken my truck in for work and they'll tell me to hold of a bit to save some cash. Great work, and the first dealership I've ever gone to that gets the work done in a timely manner. Would recommend for all GM drivers.
We’ve moved away from Murray GM’s service department as they often imo incorrectly or do nothing about ongoing issues.
Incorrectly identified the factory amp as the cause of the door chime being loud.
That was going to cost me over $1100 to repair.
Seemed all the unit needed was a reset.
Works perfectly without the need to replace.
Nice try MurrayGM in Abbotsford.
The powered right hand mirror had issues from almost day one as we had factory ordered the truck including it’s spongy brakes.
While they were both under warranty, the mechanic stated they were not about to invest $3500 to replace the brake issue on my diesel nor repair the powered mirror due to GM needing proof it was not operating fully.
I work downtown Vancouver and whenever the mirror would not deploy, it was inconvenient to drive all the way to Abbotsford so they could video record the issue and then submit to GM.
The thing didn’t work 100%
Murray GM found every reason under the sun not to repair or replace the parts needed.
And, you guessed it.
The truck warranty has expired and both issues continue.
In fact, the powered folding mirror has completely quit.
Way to go GM.

I do not recommend Murray GM’s Service Department.
Oh, whoever responds from the dealership to this review, don’t bother because you’ve had enough time to improve your quality and accuracy of repairs keeping a customer in mind.
Don’t bother as your responses appear to be more lip service.
We are extremely disappointed.
We now take our 3 GM products elsewhere.
My review stands accurately and honestly and reflects my opinion of your Service Department.

I’ve been plagued with transmission problems for the past year and dreaded having to find a reputable mechanic. As luck would have it I contacted Cole at Murray GMC. Together we developed an agreeable strategy and I left my truck in their trusty hands. The repairs, although costly, were done right the first time and worth every dollar. I can’t ask for more!
After trying to deal with online services that were less than ideal, I sold my used vehicle to the good folks at Murry GM in Abbotsford. They were really nice, followed up with me and made a really reasonable offer. They broke down everything and made it easy to understand. I got a cheque the same day and a nice ride home. Thank you to Jack and Cameron and all the nice people at Murray GM Abbotsford. I'll be back to check out electric cars for my delivery fleet.
I have dealt with Murray GM Abbotsford for many years. Bought a lot of vehicles from them.There sales, fleet ,service and parts departments are outstanding in everyway.
Would not go anywhere else for my GM needs.
Disappointing Service, Misguidance on Maintenance Schedule
I recently took my 2020 Silverado to the GM dealership in Abbotsford for its 72,000 km maintenance. Despite clear instructions, the dealership attempted to apply an unnecessary heavy-duty maintenance schedule. Even after consulting with my warranty provider and confirming the standard schedule was adequate, the dealership, on my second visit, only performed a wheel alignment and tire rotation, neglecting the essential air filter replacements outlined for the 72,000 km service. This experience caused undue confusion, financial strain, and wasted time with two days off work. Disappointed with the lack of professionalism and adherence to GM's maintenance guidelines.
